This is a session designed to help guide us back into alignment with all aspects of self, to alchemise old thought and emotional patterns through the resonance of the heart .

The perfect way to carve out some time for yourself and put your wellbeing first.

A morning session to tend our inner life, listening to the silence within through self enquiry, journalling and being guided to meet all parts of ourselves, to tend the whole garden, embracing not only our flowers but the weeds too….

Starting at our ‘roots’ a session gives us time and space to weed out old programmes of beliefs and emotional patterns that no longer serve us. Aiding us to release judgement of self and becoming the neutral observer to ourselves.

In order to see peace in our lives we must get in alignment with it and create order from within and remove the obstacles that are standing in its way. The session draws to a close by reflecting on what would like to flower and seed through us now……

The Root

‘Our soil, our body and subconcious’

What nurtures and supports us? Are they based in nourishing systems of thoughts, beliefs and emotions? We will have space to check the patterns we inherited from our family, ancestors, peers and society still fit with us?

The Spine

‘Our centre, our heart and our conscious’

If we are rooted into good soil we have strong spines/trunks. What nurtures and connects us to our heart and central spine? A strong heart coherence helps to increase energy, vitality and enhances our immune system. Coming into our centre our heart we are able to alchemise old thought and emotional patterns through the resonance of the heart.

The Flower

‘Our higher self and our superconscious’

The seed or egg represents our potential and what intentions do we to have to sow as conscious creators. How is it to live in our full potential and return to our original blueprint? We are in the process of remembering our soul essence…..

The Seed

‘Our essence, our crown and our sovereignty

The flower represents coming into our full presence and beauty. Flowers remind us to stand in our full glory, our essence, our unique expression and fragrance.  Flowers can bring vast healing and insight.  The geometry of the flower helps to activate our remembrance of our true soul presence and original blueprint.

  • Yes! No prior experience is necessary to participate in the soul gardening workshop. If you’d like to dip your toe in with a shorter workshop, the repose session is a great way to introduce yourself to these practices.

    But you are also very welcome to dive right in!

  • Reflection and journaling is apart of the soul gardening workshop, paper and writing materials will be available but if you’d like to bring your own journal you are very welcome. We also encourage clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in.
