Towards the end of the session we have a choice to sit for a meditation session or lie down for a deep relaxation we will listen to the sounds of Tibetan Bowls.
There are numerous health benefits to a ‘Repose’ session, primarily it down-regulates the nervous system, which reduces anxiety, improves sleep, lifting our energy levels and focus.
As we relax it improves our capacity to reduce stress which lowers the heart rate and blood pressure, whilst increasing the oxygen in the cells. At the end of a session we should feel more empowered to prioritise self-care and make it an integral part of daily life and develop the inner strength to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and grace.

Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful and ancient practice that utilises something we do everyday. Breathing is an action that we can do consciously and unconsciously. For that reason we start with the breath as it is a gateway into our nervous system, allowing us to bring our whole selves into a state of restful awareness.

Energy practices
Building, clearing and refining our energy with subtle movement and breath to enhance life-force. Gathering charge within our biofield. Practices to enhance the tuning into these fields using breath, movement and Sacred Geometry.

Sound Bath
Energy, sound and vibration is a fundamental principle in the universe. Everything in existence, from the tiniest subatomic particles to the vast cosmic bodies, vibrates at specific frequencies. A sound journey utilises the healing and calming properties of sound and vibration to allow us to return to a resonance that is calmer, clearer and more conscious.
