What stands in the way to a breath that feels is vital, nourishing and calm? What depletes our lifeforce? What creates vitality in our lives. Fostering a vital life? We will look at specific breathing and emotional integration practices to bring peace into our daily lives. If required I may send you home with a bottle of Dr Bach remedies to restore the emotional balance within the system.

Special Occasion for groups
Are you looking for a way to mark this special occasion in an alternative, more mindful way? This is the perfect way to connect and de-stress in a meaningful and clear way. This is a 2 hour session that includes a relaxation, tea ceremony and meditation. An ideal way to unwind as a group. Please note a maximum of 8 people for a group session at Pear Tree Studios

A Pilates one to one session aims to tailor make your movement experience. We will look at your personal needs and goals which often lead to more effective results. Whether it is postural alignment, increasing flexibility, targeting specific muscles or a stronger core. Enjoy a heightened body awareness and body balance, and a greater sense of ease in your daily life.

The body is the king or queen and central to my approach, we will go into sensing what the body is trying to tell us.
Together we will look at ways to create space for listening and reflection, what is our soul self speaking to us? What are the new pathways and opportunities opening up to us? How may we listen to messages coming into the body?

I use EFT or emotional freedom technique that involves tapping over points on the body, guided relaxation, visualisation and breathwork. Visualising strengthens the mind-body connection, promoting relaxation and supporting the body’s natural healing processes.
These are central techniques used along with heart coherence techniques. Flower remedies are available to help with any emotional blockages.
