What is Biofield Movement Meditation?

To create a sphere, a sub atomic particle of plasma through movement, breath, tone and imagination

What are these practices?

  • These movement practices are an immersion into our subtle anatomy, our biofield or aura. We will be encouraged to listen to and sense our energy, where we maybe holding onto old stagnant energy that no longer supports our physical and emotional well being.

    The movement mediation practices aim to enhance the connection to the soul self, to increase the alignment to our higher self. The movements are subtle so we may listen to deeper and finer aspects of our soul essence.

    Movements use a sacred geometric template, when integrated with our intention, energy and breath, create a powerful tool for transformation.

  • Breath is a powerful way of moving energy in the body. We create a space where deep breath, presence, and cellular vitality converge. It is a transformational space into the luminous intelligence of your body, mind, and soul.

  • How can we diffuse triggers and charges within the emotional body? We will look at techniques to sense where the feeling is located in the body, working with the level of sensation, then coming into being the neutral observer or zero point awareness.

  • Using intention, sound, breath, movement and visualisation practices, we go into all our energy centres to restore equilibrium and balance.

  • We will be using tuning forks, toning and humming to increase the vibration within the body. This is a powerful way to clear the body of unwanted toxicity, bringing in new energy and frequency to the entire system.

  • A full body relaxation and immersion into sound and vibration, this aids the body to integrate all the new energy and information the body has received.
